      Thank you for the review. Our commission structure is competitive with our competitors in the London market. What stands us out is a lack of a threshold with consultants earning from their first placement with enhanced commission should you hit your target early. Hope this helps.

      Pros

      A truly collaborative environment, with support at every level and a trusting and dedicated Director. Great offices, better than market average salary and offers real flexible working. Real feeling of team work, and a keenness to develop and improve constantly.

      None at all - overall a great place to work.
