We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations. We take all feedback seriously and would like to know more about the comments you’ve made. Regarding your point about the new starter introduction, weekend staff currently do not take part in instructor-led onboarding sessions, though they are still required to complete all mandatory training.
