Pros

Benefits of large company - designated IT dept, latest hardware and gadgets. Onhand advice from in house specialists. Designated training as required.

Cons

Harsh demands on employees (opening times). You become just a cog in the wheel as HQ throw down directives and changes so branch staff then have to respond. Cut backs and layoffs. Essential parts of the Property Management system (finance) are remote and unaccountable and unavailable.
