Pros

Brilliant work colleagues in a friendly office

Cons

Been with the company almost 13 years and really loved it for many years. Like coming in to be with friends rather than working and was a joy to be here but with all the changes this company does with hardly any notice or real training it is now just too corporate with just targets targets targets . Wages are more like a school leavers and no pay increase for nearly four years. When we ask we just get fobbed off from one person to another.
