Pros

Commission for contractor bookings. I need to enter five words for the pros, so am typing this as the above is only four.

Cons

The workload was inhumane. The back-office systems were archaic and slow. Management impervious to 'junior' salaries for property manager roles and work load of several (like, 5 or 6) people. Management cut-throat in terms of furlough cut-off, sick pay etc.

It help me a lot during my student years I was earning
