Pros

As LRG is a large organisation, opportunities for progression are endless. An easy way to get a salary increase while the company invest on helping you grow you skillset and be the most successful you can be!

Cons

Just an idea, but if remote workers could have an allowance for an office space away from their usual home work space this may help with promoting a good work life balance and improve wellbeing.
