Pros

Nothing. Probably the worst company I've ever worked for.

Cons

Hours - Expect you to work overtime for nothing. Send you home with work to do even though the higher management do as they please and leave for "drama clubs" on the daily. In my interview I was told I would be covering a small area, turns out I was expected to go 50 - 60 miles away every day. Then they fill your diary so full you can't do it all then moan when you can't. Wasting fuel everyday as tenants aren't in and the company only send emails to say the inspection is due to the tenant. So these people are never at home! Pay is pitiful. Mentally draining company. Don't be sold the dream and be given a nightmare.
