Pros

Really lovely, helpful colleagues - nice offices - great location - smooth onboarding process and training was great.

Cons

Feeling tied to your desk as not having bluetooth accessories to be able to move around when on the phone. CRM can be a little slow at times which can be quite frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you had a positive experience with your colleagues, offices, and training. We appreciate your suggestions regarding Bluetooth accessories and CRM performance. We'll look into these areas for improvement. We're happy to have our new Chief Technology Officer on board this year, she has started a project on our CRM enhancements which is something that we have recognised that needs attention. We are happy to make this investment to not only enhance the customer journey but to make processes much easier for users.
