Pros

Training support, Mandatory training, Supportive manager.

Cons

Company doesn't care about their employees as much as they care about their customers. Office is very dirty and dull of dust. They try to save money in everything!! Even kitchen has to be cleaned and milk needs to be arranged by employees themselves(this is part of your job). There is no hearts during winter the office is literally freezing and nobody complains. Printers don't work properly. Literally everything is being adjusted by employees. There is ALOT of racism and internal politics. Rewards and recognition is ALWAYS given to one chosen person in the team. They don't even encourage by giving appreciation certificates (which shouldn't cost much for a company that makes hell ALOT of money just via fees they charge) . Very lazy and incompetent colleagues. There is no opportunities to even apply for a job within the company too.
