Pros

Some really great employees working for the business with drive and ambition. Just a shame it's not appreciated by the leadership team.

Cons

Profit driven business with little respect for the customer and less so for their employees. When working for Leaders you'll often hear the phrase ' everyone is replaceable' staff are let go left, right and centre - often with only a moments notice. Senior leadership team are out-dated in their thinking and bumble through the day - often causing misery to staff in their wake.

It help me a lot during my student years I was earning

It took so much time Customer satisfaction was the thing
