Like any large organisation, implementing change can sometimes take a little time, but when it happens, it’s absolutely worth the wait. Some of the IT systems can feel a bit clunky at times (too many clicks to get to the information you need), but the good news is that improvements are already in motion. I’m genuinely excited to see the upgrades and enhancements coming in the near future."
