      - Really lovely colleagues - Some gems of great designers - Company deeply committed to working in the region - Working hours are reasonable for most (though not all)

      Cons

      - Executive leadership out of touch with folks doing the work - Top-down, opaque leadership style is common - Company not organized to have design be the priority , despite what the mantra might be

      Pros

      People who find their team here will love working here, plenty of mentorship opportunities, big projects that provide some level of job security, lots of learning and training opportunities usually covered in part or in full by the firm

      Cons

      If you end up in the wrong team or sector and youre not a good fit for that small teams culture youre gonna hate it. Some teams have more cliquey feelings.
