      - Access to support from team lead or other team members - You'll gain a good understanding on the industry of cloud computing - Good pay for an entry position - Access to learning resources

      Cons

      - Management was hawkish on IT specialists to get a high volume of customer surveys - Micromanagement - Very limited career advancement - You begin to feel more like a robot after a while - Inflexible schedule

      Joined Recently. Not sure about pros. May be security there due to having big fishes in the pond.

      Cons

      Slow, Hierarchical. People hardly talk to each other. Found very hard to clear expense claim
