- no problems with pay ever - adequate pay - lovely team members - flexible hours
Cons
- awful managers who don’t take the time to know your name properly - inappropriate comments made on bodies + overall lack of professionalism with managers conduct - sent home extremely early if not busy which can impact weekly income accumulatively over time - managers are unorganised there was always too many staff or too little - managers focussed on shaming rather than teaching new skills within the work place
