      Pros

      Good salary and bonuses. Working for international company that is most of the time in the top 6 oil companies. Been able to learn a lot and to have broad exposure.

      Cons

      Bad management. Bad work-life balance. Process of selection that is not based on education and relevant experience but on politics and networks.
