Pros

If you are into photography I can see this could be interesting but more on the archival/research side.

Cons

As a creative/designer within marketing, it was not a very creatively fulfilling role. There was little room to design outside the box and campaigns were always quite conservative/ nothing out of the ordinary. The hybrid work environment was enforced in a pretty strict way, it is not necessary anymore to be in an office for design work (in my opinion). There was also no benefits really when I was there.

Pros

Good team, well organised, vibrant work, exciting workplace.

Cons

Communication can be the downside to this company, you often need to ask not to miss out.

Pros

Because you are working with a small amount of staff, a decent amount of responsibility is bestowed upon you, despite only being an Intern. You quickly will perform like an Art Consultant and you will likely be respected as one. Friendly team that is never too demanding and will want to get to know you. If you perform well, there is good promise of getting hired!

Cons

The stipend could be somewhat higher but at least it is not another unpaid internship. Sometimes business can get pretty slow at certain times of the year. Quality of work that sells is mostly decorative artwork instead of truly interesting contemporary pieces.
