      Pros

      Entry level experience in IT.

      Cons

      Management is nonexistent, selfish, they do not care about employees career or well being . No benefits, their "free internet" to employees is trash. Employees are micromanaged, employees are required to stick to their desk, you are on camera and under surveillance 24/7.

      Cons

      Support supervisor doesn't supervise, manage or defend his techs, other departments overly involved in SOPs, everyone is talking about everyone. SOPs constantly changing with no notice, your supervisor talks poorly of you all the time. Constantly.
