- The senior leadership - The first month went fine. Then on second month, I was not able to come for a few days due to personal reasons which I believe had irked the owner. - The owner called me one night and right after a short discussion, says 'I guess you take a break, can I pass on the message that you are no longer available from tomorrow?" After this statement, it is obvious that I am not required hence I had agreed and my employment terminated. - I worked for a month, they paid for half month and rest of the month they said I did not provide any notice period hence it had been recovered as penalty. - Can you believe this kind of unethical behavior ? First of all, without any notice I have been thrown out of the company. I was not provided any notice so that I can find a job. On top of this, when it comes to payment, I got paid for half month and the rest of the month they made an excuse that I have not given a notice. - the question if AM I GIVEN A CHANCE TO PROVIDE ANY NOTICE ? - If you are not happy with an employee you have every rights to fire him, but without any notice period provided to him and depriving of the salary for the days he came to work at the excuse of notice period not being provided while you know very well you have not even given him a chance to provide a notice period - A very bad show of professionalism I have to say.
