Pros

Can’t think of any! I only stuck around hoping things would get better but all they do is keep a person thinking it’s going to get better and pay is gonna get better but it will NEVER get better.

Cons

Had this contact for more than a year and it’s the worst experience I ever had in my business career! From staff at the peak of the pyramid all way down to every level of management have NO idea what’s going on!!!!! The whole operation is a JOKE! They scheme and cleverly manipulate independent contractor’s who don’t understand the laws IC to work like employees! The pay sucks and they avoid paying for anything! They NEVER pay on time which is breach of contract. They will make the contract look good at the start but in a month they’ll revert from direct deposit to mailing a check which will arrive in the mail 3-7 days after the agreed pay date. The app is something designed for a 5 yr old. They insist no one else has the problem across the USA but yet there are looooong list of bad reviews about the stupid app all over the internet. And, don’t try telling them about any real situation you’re having while using app or how you want to complete the route as an IC because they’ll give you the same speech about they have no problem with other IC in the USA.

Pros

There are no pros! I worked until I found another job.

Cons

Beware! 1099 NEC means you are NOT an employee. Do your research and read your contract. Independent contract laws in the USA are strict across the board! They make you believe you're an IC but in reality, you are an employee who does not receive the same benefits their employees get. Report them to IRS.
