      Pros

      Great core values, forward thinking CEO and upper management listens to (and for) feedback. Competitive pay, with opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      I honestly have not seen anything that has been a con. The people are all good to work with, they seem to be considerate of others (internal customers and external") and the feeling is that the company recognizes and cares for them, they are not just numbers in a ledger.

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and easy to get along with. I feel super proud to work for Laborde and to contribute to the company's success.

      Cons

      Some management is not up to date with certain areas, making communication hard with some things that need to be worked on, but no major cons to working here!
