Unfortunately I was brought in to manage a project the organization was not ready to undertake so position wasn't fully realized yet.
Shift supervisor & HR. are only there to serve themselves operators very rarely help packers and are there own click & upper management only serve themselves and remain silent as long as they don't have to be involved in day to day operations.
