Micro-management all the way up to the French owners. Projects are worked on but never allowed to come to market because of a high level of risk aversion. Employees are fired at will - with no reason given. Company has bad reputation within the community as a poor place to work, so has trouble getting quality people. Senior executive team is highly disfunctional and cannot make decisions.
