Pros
Benefits and pay are decent. Some really good people working in the trenches. I enjoyed working with all the employees coming from different areas of the world.
Cons
This review is for the production floor in Sterling. It is a culture of lying, sneakiness, back-stabbing, and sexual harassment. Your ideas do not matter, you will be told "that's the way its always been." Safety and training are non existent and it doesn't matter how many times you bring it up, eventually they find a reason to blackmail you. There is an employee that has been sexually harassing other employees and outside contractors(cleaning ladies) for years, he has literally gone into the women's bathroom and HR has done nothing about this even though they know that it goes on. Management tells you one thing but once you get on the floor the "leads" who have been there for years do what they want... the "team" does not matter. It does not matter how many times you bring this up to management. Half the shop is missing resin alarms which is costing the company hundreds of thousands of dollars, you can tell management this and for some reason they just don't care. Installing resin alarms are easy and simple but they would rather buy equipment that is unsafe and makes the job harder. There is very little accountability. The shop is extremely unsafe. The managers will make excuses and blame others for things that are a direct cause of the way they have been doing there jobs. Nothing is there fault, they will always find an excuse or someone to blame. It is extremely sad because there has been so much potential with the people who have come and gone.
