Training budgets Great perks Great opportunities for progression, although it can take much longer than you would hope Some fantastic people
Cons
Being a big corp its expected at some level, but there is no real loyalty at LOR. A reshuffle can see you lose a 10 year job with no real regard for what you have contributed to the company. Pay is quite poor, with very small increases and the power to change this is only from the very top - you certainly have to move company to get in to the top wage brackets
