A lot of hours but I haven't met someone successful who did not work a lot

I really like working here. One of the best parts is the hours, service and body shop are closed on weekends and done by 6 during the week, which makes a big difference for worklife balance. It’s also a place that notices when you work hard. If you put in the effort, there are real opportunities to move up. Overall, it’s a solid place to work with a good team and a fair schedule.

Only downside for me are that there’s no 401k match.
