Pros
Free chocolate is nice until you start gaining weight.
Cons
Senior management clueless. More of a "family company" -- no room for advancement. Owner still uses restaurant management style, even though he's not run a restaurant in 20 years (this style of management does not work for CPG companies). If you haven't been there for 20 years, your opinion is not respected. Not worth the trouble of trying to navigate career-wise.
