Pros
Decent money when overtime is offered in the summer. Some great managers to learn a good amount of knowledge from. Many SEASONAL advancement opportunities. Constantly changing environment (good and bad). Some good experience to put on your resume and use as stepping stone to go somewhere else with actual benefits and pay.
Cons
Unethical, agist, hostile, msogynistic new senior management took over in 2023. we all felt like we mattered and it felt like a healthy open environment where most felt comfortable... then suddenly everything became so corperate-y and we all became seasonal numbers. Oh and it doesnt start at HR.. it starts at the top unfortunately. Your background and seniority in the industry doesnt entitle you to say and do whatever you feel. I can go on and on but I will stop here. Actually one more thing... full time management is 99% white so dont expect any diversity and inclusion coming from that level.
