Working at Lakepointe Church has been such a blessing. The environment is incredibly positive, encouraging, and Christ-centered. Every day, I feel supported by leadership and my team. As with many roles in ministry, it’s important to have strong boundaries to maintain a healthy work-life balance. It can be easy to overextend yourself if you're not intentional with your time. While the church encourages balance, the nature of ministry work can sometimes lead to long or irregular hours—especially during busy seasons.
