      Challenging work - not necessarily always a con, but if you are looking for an easy job, this is not the place for you Sometimes deadlines can be stressful November-February are incredibly busy, sometimes involving extra hours if behind schedule/deadlines

      Employees are treated well and compensated generously. Programming staff is encouraged to share their ideas and input. The customer service and management roles are professional and top-notch. The owners of this company are hard-working individuals who openly appreciate, reward and praise hard work.
