short staffing slow off season

Nice location, good thing to put on your resume

Unbelievably disorganized, managed poorly, interns are left ragged and taken advantage of due to high expectations and low pay, living arrangement is horrible unless you get lucky with a normal roommate, the mgmt team makes you think that the internship program will be the key to a successful career and life when in reality it is just another internship and is in no way your golden ticket to a job after graduation, the corporate culture is horrible--feels like a cult.
