You get a chance to get to know many of the employees, as this is a smaller, more local hospital. There are opportunities to "fill in" in other departments from time to time when people are absent, therefore adding to your work experience.

Leadership has made some bad decisions in running this hospital. Hospital is in trouble financially, and cuts are being made in operations and employees. Lower rates of pay, and no raises. Employee morale has begun to suffer.
