Minimal/non-existent raises- benefit cuts despite no overall company losses - Registered Nurse, BSN Lakeview Hospital Employee Review

They do not give raises every year except for maybe 25 cents. I’ve worked with this company for 3 years and only make $1 more than when I started. Their base pay nurses is over 18% BELOW the national average. Other nearby hospitals, including their sister hospitals pay their nurses better. No annual bonuses. They cut our benefits this year blaming COVID but upon further research I learned they EARNED money from COVID but still cut our benefits. I do not recommend working here.
