Pros

The people are nice, but otherwise there are no pros.

Cons

This is truly a pyramid scheme, see the review "Did somebody say pyramid scheme" I completely agree with everything in that review. I mean who in their right mind wants to walk around a home depot and approach strangers asking them about their kitchen cabinets? I mean seriously that is just ridiculous. Anyone who works here and actually buys into the bs they tell you about running your own office one day is a sucker. Another thing is when I worked there they made us drive into the office first then drive to one of the home depots, and after that you had to drive back to the office and discuss your day. Talk about a complete waste of gas. You will spend more money on gas then you will make in a week. My advice is to stay away from this place.

Pros

The working environment is fun and energetic. Everyone gets along well and loves coming to work every day. If you work hard you are definitely acknowledged and rewarded for your efforts. I was promoted within my first three months. I have never seen a company with so many opportunities for growth.

Cons

Because I live in the city, my daily commute is long, but is definitely worth it!

Pros

The people were nice, until they figured out was going on. The boss was nice, until you realize he's the one at the top of the pyramid

Cons

It's the typical multi-level marketing scheme of "make your boss a lot of money, and one day, you can get YOUR own office!!". I knew something was off when the online job listing was extremely vague. The boss is a 25 year old guy with barely any experience. Case in point: When his office wasn't hitting their sales numbers a couple weeks in a row, his solution was to make them work longer hours, resulting in everyone coming in an hour and a half earlier each day. Rookie management move. You don't make people work harder by making them work longer. Every morning he would talk about money. Literally, that's it, money. Telling us how much money we could make if we ran an office of our own was brought up every single day. Extremely unprofessional, and again, a rookie move by an over-enthusiastic 25 year old manager. When he hires you, his entire routine rolls off his tongue so slick, mainly because he's constantly hiring new people to replace the ones who quit after figuring it out. If you've ever worked in a pyramid scheme before, you were probably led to believe that you wouldn't get the job.....right up until he says "you're hired". Same routine here, and once again, absolute rookie move. The hours were ridiculous, working 6 days a week for 10 hours a day, and constanly being encouraged to come in on your one day off each week, because if you didn't, then it showed that you didn't "want it bad enough". Keep in mind, this is a minimum wage against commission job. There was constant turnover. Almost nobody lasted more than a few weeks, and the ones who did were the recent high school/college graduates whose eyes got wide whenever the boss mentioned how much money they could make if they owned their own office. And the actual job? Walking around a different Home Depot every day asking random people what they don't like about their kitchen cabinets. We were not reimbursed for our gas money either, and some of these Home Depot locations were 45 minutes - 1 hour away. After the first day working there, it was pretty apparent why the job listing was so vague.
