Pros
Great work environment, great coworkers and management, lots of nice office perks (soda fountain, monthly/holiday celebrations & a couple of off site events) and decent benefits.
Cons
There is a spousal fee to add them to benefits, benefits are geared towards younger employees who do not need as much medical care or prescriptions (visit/test fees and Rx fees add up quickly), no clear development pathways.
