Pros
Appear to have opportunity for some growth, flexible work setting (changed since my time), genuine concern for employee satisfaction. Coworkers were so engaged, conversational and interesting. Various people willing to mentor and have meaningful conversations.
Cons
Call center style selling, lack of emphasis on professional sales training, no transparency or timeliness in commission statements, extremely complicated compensation plan that sometimes changed quarterly (seemed like upper sales management would try to puppeteer behavior), overly aggressive yearly targets, fixed mindset regarding how to achieve success
