Colleagues are the only good part of the job progression was quick

Everything else, progression was quick, but no training was provided lies about having 3 offices when employed the staff turn over was insane, over 50 people came and left in under 3 years, massive overtime is expected and usually required as they dont allow enough time to complete projects, you are rarely asked to work overtime just expected, and its assumed you are happy to work weekends if needed. worked a 24+ hour shift in order to meet deadlines and wasnt even thanked. no overtime rate just standard hourly pay, holidays can be cancelled dragged into the office during covid, no benifit from this, but managment just dont trust you thumb scanner to ensure you are in on time, but will dock pay for being a couple of minutes late but dont pay any more when you are consistently 10minutes early for years slimy buisness tactics, distrust of staff, terrible pay because 'you dont have to travel to Birmingham' managment lie and throw blame at anything they can. save yourself the headache and avoid this place!
