The pay is better than other big GC's.

Landmark has a great culture, but they have many positions that are irrelevant to construction. Too many unnecessary meetings could be time used to get things done in the field. Every action is contradicted by upper management and not very good support when a suggestion is made. To many roosters in the henhouse.
