The office staff & creative support team are amazing. Yes there are challenges just like any other sales oriented position yet the work environment is as independent as you would like it tor be based on your sales success. Unmotivated individuals looking for immediate security need not apply...This job requires highly motivated, talented team players looking to grow a career. Overall I have enjoyed the opportunity to advance & hone my sales skills.

Expectations can be somewhat unrealistic for changing market. A higher Equity share could be an enhancement....but always a possibility.
