      -Great team atmosphere -Owner is a great guy -if you work hard and do well, there is plenty of opportunity to advance -standard hours, and weekends are your own, which is uncommon for seasonal work

      Cons

      -weather dependent -when there is a big push people on the teams can become somewhat frustrated with each other
