Pros

Remote. Pays on time. Seemingly innovative (not really though).

Cons

The direction of the company is questionable. Very indecisive and unorganized leadership. Management seems to often disagree with one another and with the CEO. Very high turnover rate (~6 months). Salary isn't very competitive and the company doesn't offer any benefits whatsoever. The employment is under a freelance regime (forget stuff like paid vacation, severance pay and unemployment compensation). Finally, like every startup, its future is uncertain.

Pros

-The company initially offered a hybrid work model (though this changed with required office days). -There were opportunities to learn new things and work on a variety of subjects, which helped broaden skill sets. -The technical team was fantastic—always eager to help and willing to explain things when needed.

Cons

-In the required office days, there was no planning, which resulted in not everyone having a desk. -There was no guidance or mentoring, and responsibilities were continuously added without any corresponding increase in pay. - We were frequently asked to perform tasks outside our expertise and job description, despite having explained that these were not part of our role. -There were no clear processes or pipelines in place. -The company stressed the need for extreme dedication and implied that it was unethical for colleagues to leave, yet the benefits did not remotely match the level of commitment expected. - It was common to be asked to work after hours on many occasions, as everything was treated as "urgent." -The company offered little protection when assigning roles completely outside our field as a sign of "commitment" or as a "favor." -Discussions regarding changes in pay, hours, or responsibilities were mostly verbal, and you had to push hard to get anything in writing. -Company news and updates were poorly communicated, making it difficult to know what was actually happening, particularly in terms of revenue and overall performance. -The work environment was unprofessional, with rude behavior from those in charge and a heavy emphasis on micromanagement.
