The faculty members truly care for the students and do what they can to ensure their success. LCC has the potential to be a very dynamic community college.
Cons
There are issues at LCC that will limit their success as an institution in the near future. Many times individuals are over worked and others are only worried about how they are perceived. It can be a very political and caustic place to work.
