      easy stuff to learn good place to go if your mechanically inclined or want to use tools

      Cons

      the managers here do not care about you at all it is like being a fish in a shark tank pay increases are terrible here very hard to move out of the path they want you to go in

      - Variety of experience - Healthy Culture / mutual respect required - Good place to get more training and education

      - Limited ceiling / upside - Slow carrer progression unless you leave and come back - Can be frustrating (political / direction)
