Pros
health benefits, retirement, vacation and sick days with pay. They will pay for your class (but won't work with your schedule to attend them). Great place to work while you find a better job or gain experience to make your resume look good.
Cons
10 hour work days every day except Friday when you get to work for only 4 hours. Office culture is terrible. Old technology is used all over, they still use type writers and everything is terribly disorganized. People here get grandfathered into high paying/high power positions but lack the education and real experience to competently do their job. Great lack of professionalism throughout the ranks even all the way up to the administration. Also, no mind is given to the OSHA work conditions guidelines and regulations, for example.. the air conditioning in my building has not worked for nearly half a year.
