Pros
Some, but not all of the things I love about Lark: - Amazing, empathetic colleagues on all teams - Extremely dedicated, smart founders and leadership team - Engineering driven culture with daily company-wide standups - Culture of communication, support and empathy - Many career development opportunities
Cons
Not a lot of negative things to say. If anything, hyper growth can be challenging with onboarding new employees often but not enough of a challenge to be a deal breaker by any means.
