Pros
Great money and hours. The shared tip system genuinely means everyone has each other's back. They are very picky with FOH hiring so your colleagues are great. Chef John is the most even-headed chef I have ever worked with. Great training on both food and wine, I learned a ton. Fabulous family meal every day, and sometimes late night snacks! The Managers are also owners, so there is none of the dreaded "Middle Management" BS, as they seem to just want what is best for their business, and for you. You also get help with health insurance which is just icing on the cake. Opportunities to work special catered events as well. I just adored this job, it is definitely a special place.

Forced to close during Covid along with the rest of the city. Not their fault!
