Pros
Business team members are good to work with. HR makes a good effort to listen to the needs of the workers.
Cons
A few of the senior level managers are totally unprofessional. Some will use profanity and It makes us feel very uncomfortable. In addition, some are not ethical. A senior manager asked us to falsify key metrics. These metrics went to the CEO so this needs to stop. Then the same senior manager belittles people. As soon as he walks into the room the tension and discomfort just pervades the atmosphere. HR may be aware who this is and should act accordingly to be rid of this cancer.
