      Pros

      Laszlo has many talented engineers and designers. The quality and skill level is quite high. The marketing and sales people are good at dealing with difficult customers.

      Cons

      The customers, large internet service providers, kept changing their requirements. Schedules and work assignments were frequently derailed and chaotic.

      Pros

      top-notch technologists and support staff, top-notch marketing and sales, interesting business problems, great technology - really fun to code!, open-sourced, very flexible with remote working

      Cons

      It wasn't ideal when we moved from San Francisco to the Peninsula. HTML5 happened so much of Laszlo allowed is now possible in a browser. I survived lots of churn in technical leadership & coworkers.
