      Pros

      The kids are amazing to work with.

      Cons

      Upper Management is belittling and don't care to hear any suggestions on how to improve curriculum. Director would rather yell at employees and interrupt instruction to have his say and make himself feel like he is in control of everything.

      Pros

      Very understanding managers and the kids are fantastic. The staff is very welcoming and training is throughout. You can tell they care about the kids.

      Benefits are limited and not for everyone
