      Autonomy Scope of clients you are allocated Competitive commission structure compared to others in the market!

      Cons

      Can sometimes lack enough leaders in the office/on the ground to train and lead during busy periods

      We appreciate the feedback - the areas that you mentioned needed work has been addressed. Our managers in the making has provided two consultants internally to manage and we have implemented a mentoring scheme whereby senior consultants and directors are there to provide support and informal training.

      The MD is an amazing manager & her talents are wasted.

      Cons

      Owned by 2 out of touch old woman who only care about how much money you make them vs how staff feel and the future of the business. Not a good environment if you’re junior and looking to learn and grow. Good if you’re a bit done with your career and don’t care about your future.
