Pros

Smaller staff, a better intimate feel when working with other memebers of the company. I think it’s great that you’re a local citizen servicing you’re local community.

Cons

There was definitely racial biases and as a African American you will have to work 3x’s as hard to earn the same opportunity as a white colleague. I say this to be fair and honest. If you’re a Female of color it will be more challenging for you to have the same opportunities of ANY of the males. I witnessed one of the top leaders of the company Eric exhibit racial bias, it was unfortunate because I had high hopes for the company but was shocked because I’ve never witnessed such blatant discrimination. Being a person of color I can say for a fact My experience was overlooked in order to promote and pay a less qualified new hire Caucasian colleague a higher pay. I wish I could say this was false but as a African American who believes that we are worthy of the same respect as my Caucasian colleagues... I couldn’t let anyone of color to make a decision of whether to PURCHASE and use this company and even WORK for this company without seeing and knowing all the pro’s and con’s. The African American Dollar is powerful and the African American employees should never have to work 3’s as hard for the bare minimum opportunities. Being told “this is the southern way” is unacceptable to even think this is the way we are to be treated.

Pros

Minimal pay with minimal annual raises.

Cons

Work lacks real meaning and enthusiasm. Staff is being off-shored. Recruits landscapers with the lowest work quality and least professionalism. Zero growth path from within unless you want to do 2-3 peoples jobs. Any growth includes correspondence from the investment team/owner who will verbally harass you, talk down to you, call you names, stress you out and overall make you question your work and realize the place is a career stall.
